When You’re Always the One Showing Up
I’ve noticed that if I don’t reach out first, our phones stay silent for weeks. I am consistently the one initiating plans and checking in, while they just passively wait for my lead. It feels like I am carrying this entire connection on my back alone, and I don’t know how to stop without losing them entirely.
